I`m trying to restore an Epiphone EP-1000 , I realy need a schematic to find out about a blown resistor which has no markings left on from the burn. There seems to be no schematic for this one , it`s early Korean made, if you could shed some light on this project , it would be helpful

I have ea-16rvt regent and have replaced all of the tubes and checked out the speaker but still get a loud buzzing sound when I turn it on. Wonder what might be causing it.

Is the high voltage to the tubes correct? If not, check the diodes, D1. Next would be to check the big electrolytic caps in the power supply. They could be open (blown).

Hello, I am looking for a schematic for the Epiphone Regent Acoustic 30 amp.

It works fine for the first 5 minutes after turning it on, then it kinda stand bys itself, and the tone becomes bad, that is all until I restart it again and it is working ok for the next 5 minutes …

I changed the network switch: power on/ off button and also the fuse.

Wonder that the reason might be.. All help is appreciated.

I have an old and original epiphone electar amp. I think it’s a century. It looks a lot if not JUST like the reissue that has been in production recently. I got the amp as a trade about 15 years ago and it worked. Actually sounded good too. I only played it a few times and it got pushed to the back of a closet and forgotten about. I was doing some cleaning recently and found it. But for some reason my son took the tubes out of it. I don’t know why. I want to get the tubes it takes and fire it up again. I need to find out what tubes it takes and where I can get them. The receptacle on the right hand side of the amp has a 4 prong receptacle. The o e next to it just to the left has a 5 prong receptacle and the 2 on the far left have 8 prong receptacles. I would appreciate any help I can get. I can take a picture of what o have and send it if it helps. Thank you in advance

I have an original electar century amp. I have had it for about 20 years . I gotvit on a trade and played it a few times it sounded great. It got pushed to the back of a closet and forgotten about. I was recently cleaning house and found it but foe some reason my son took out the tubes and I don’t know why. I would like to find out what tubes it takes and where I can get them so I can use this amp again. I can take pictures of the open back if it helps. It takes 5 5 tubes. I am missing 4 of them 1 tube has a 4 prong receptacle, 1 tube has a 5 pro g receptacle and the 2 farthest to the left have 8 prong receptacles. Any information or links to where I can get these tubes would be greatly appreciated. Thankvyou
